Service portal has been built that fully automated the quotation & purchase process of spare parts. This provides more self-service for customers, shorter delivery times and significant savings on operational costs.
We participate in the Sign Orders – Business Banking project, i.e. the signing of business transactions. We are rebuilding the front-end of Angularjs to Angular 8. We also perform maintenance, supports the back-end and solves CI/CD problems.
Customers can view interactive reports (and purchase them directly) by logging into their own environment within the BouwKennis customer portal. In addition, manual actions by the back office to generate reports are no longer required.

Authentication has been set up for this and a Mulesoft integration has been built based on API LED between the portal and the back-end systems so that requests are processed immediately and correctly and current data is displayed in the customer portal.

A renewed dealer portal (B2B website) and a consumer website (B2C webshop) have been built with an easily scalable and expandable API led model in Mulesoft with a back-end connection to the ERP system.
